Through our extensive network of resources and partners, we manage all HIV-supportive housing applications throughout the region and connect clients to the precise services they need. This centralized intake process ensures clients access the most appropriate housing available while significantly reducing costs through the elimination of duplicated efforts across agencies.

Emergency Lodging
We maintain an unprecedented commitment as the only agency in the state guaranteeing that any homeless individual or family living with HIV/AIDS who visits our office will receive immediate housing options and will not spend another night without shelter. Through intensive case management follow-up, we help our clients secure more stable, long-term housing solutions.

Recuperative Care
We provide support to individuals who, upon hospital discharge, have no home to return to by offering a place to stay for up to 60 days. During this period, our case managers work to secure more stable housing and connect clients to essential services including medical care, benefits, and food assistance. We are the only organization in Atlanta providing this specialized service for people living with HIV/AIDS.

Tenant-Based Rental Assistance
We help families and individuals maintain housing through monthly rental subsidies provided for 12 to 24 months. Property inspections ensure all housing spaces meet safe and appropriate living standards. With a focus on long-term housing stability, our case managers deliver in-home support that emphasizes either increasing client income or identifying more affordable housing options when needed. Case managers also assist clients in addressing non-housing needs such as healthcare, education, and employment.

Special Needs Housing Assistance
We provide assistance to clients who face mental illness, substance use challenges, or who are transgender by placing them in specialized residential or treatment programs for up to two years. Through case management, monthly subsidies, and our expertly trained residential partners, we support clients on their journey toward housing stability and recovery when needed. After facility inspection, clients are placed in appropriate programs with rental subsidies paid directly to providers on their behalf.

Emergency Financial Assistance
We help clients maintain housing by providing one-time payments for rent, mortgage, or utilities. Financial assistance is provided alongside budget coaching to increase household stability and financial wellbeing.
