Who We Are

Committed to creating pathways to housing stability for individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS in Georgia

What Drives Our Work

We believe secure, long-term housing is essential for people with HIV/AIDS across Georgia. Our work ensures that every individual and their family can access and sustain the stable housing they need to thrive.

Our Core Beliefs

Safe and permanent housing isn't just a necessity—it's fundamental to health and dignity. We recognize that having a stable home is a cornerstone of effective healthcare for those living with HIV/AIDS. Our commitment is to help individuals and families secure affordable housing solutions that support their wellbeing.

Where We Began

Our journey started as an initiative within Trinity Community Ministries, founded by Sister Mary Jane Lubinski who understood that housing stability is both a human right and a critical component of HIV treatment—a principle now backed by extensive research. From those beginnings, we evolved into an independent organization. Since our founding, we've supported housing needs for over 35,000 individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS.

Today, we serve the 29-county Atlanta metro area and Northwest Georgia region, reaching more than 1,500 people annually. The vast majority of those we serve—over 90%—face extreme financial challenges, making affordable housing critical to preventing homelessness. Many of our clients experience chronic homelessness and rely on our emergency shelter and recuperative care services.

As Georgia's leading provider of emergency and transitional housing for people with HIV/AIDS, and as Atlanta's centralized housing information hub, we make a meaningful difference in over 1,500 lives each year through coordinated intake, referrals, and direct assistance.

"Housing is not just shelter—it's the foundation for health, dignity, and hope."
