Who We Are
Our Mission
We work to help individuals living with HIV/AIDS across Georgia secure and sustain stable, long-term housing solutions. Every person deserves a place to call home, and we're here to make that vision a reality.
Our Values
We believe stable housing is essential to both physical health and emotional well-being for anyone facing HIV/AIDS. Housing isn't just shelter—it's a fundamental human right and a cornerstone of living with dignity. We empower individuals and families to access and keep affordable homes, knowing that secure housing supports better health outcomes.
Our Story
Our journey began as part of Trinity Community Ministries, dedicated to helping people with HIV/AIDS find reliable, affordable housing. We later became an independent nonprofit organization. Founded by Sister Mary Jane Lubinski, our work has always been rooted in the belief that housing is not only about dignity—it's foundational to effective HIV treatment, a principle now backed by research.
Since our founding, we've provided housing support to more than 35,000 individuals, families, and children living with HIV/AIDS. We serve the 29-county Atlanta metro area and Northwest Georgia, supporting over 1,500 people annually. More than 90% of those we serve have extremely low incomes, making affordable housing critical to preventing homelessness. Many of our clients have experienced chronic homelessness and rely on emergency shelter or residential recovery services.
As Georgia's largest provider of emergency and transitional housing for people with HIV/AIDS, we serve as Atlanta's centralized hub for housing intake, information, and referrals. This central role allows us to assist more than 1,500 individuals each year and create meaningful change in their lives.
